Product Overview

Torx screws are threaded like normal screws, but their drive consists of a six-pointed star-shaped indention at the head of the screw. This screw consists of its washers which are pre-attached. Torx screws are made of 1021M material. This is a type of carbon steel material that contain carbon as a major alloying element. This material has good yield strength, tensile strength and very good thermal properties. The mechanical properties like strength and hardness ensures the long-life span to the screws. This part is specially used in the MAC series machines. A clear chromate finish is given to the screw increasing corrosion resistance and strength. It is being used in various medical machines such as MAC 5500 HD, Evaluated/Not Applicable UL, CASE, UL LOGIQ E9 , Premium Carts Other, CT Revolution CT 256-Slice, CT SYTEC 8000 1-Slice, MAC 5500 HD, MAC 5500 HD and MAC 3500 etc.
