Product Overview

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Cam-14 HD is used in Diagnostic Electrocardiogram (ECG) machines. The CAM-14 acquisition module is intended to acquire the analog ECG signal, digitize it and transmit the signal to a host unit. The PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is assembled in the CAM-14 HD. The circuitry is designed to protect the host unit against the effects of cardiac defibrillator discharge to ensure recovery. CAM-HD module has 3 software pieces that need to be programmed to flash memory during the board assembly. Two of these pieces are programmed to the Atmel AT45DB041 Dataflash (U113), and the third to the on chip flash memory of the AT Tiny2313 (U121) chip. The PCB consists of IC’s, diodes, resistors, connectors, capacitors, ferrite bead, LED and transistors. The PCB is mounted using the provided screws. Cables are connected to the main PCB. Fasteners are used as connections to ground panes on PCB. The ECG signal input is isolated and defibrillation-proof only in conjunction with CAM14. It is being used in CASE, MS CARESCAPE™ Monitor B850, CardioSoft, UL Vivid S6, Stress Other, UL Voluson P8, Premium Carts Other, CT SYTEC 8000 1-Slice, MAC 5500 HD, ARC Aisys CardioSoft, CT CTe 1 – Slice, Supplies and other applications.
