Product Overview

The North American Power Cord - Blue Spot Phototherapy is a customized design power cord intended for use in Giraffe™ Blue Spot PT Lite and other medical equipment as applicable. The cord reel with plug is a hospital grade plug and connector assembly suitable for use in medical applications. The cable consists of NEMA 5-15 plugs with harmonized construction cord and 3 core twisted copper conductors that connects to 125 V power source. The cable is enclosed in black or gray color PVC jacket. The part is comprised of a cord strain relief that is made of a high quality nylon material that has an excellent flammability rating and good thermal and chemical resistance. The product is designed for use with heavy tools, equipment, portable lights and power extensions. The cord reel performs effectively at high voltages, high current densities and high speeds and is capable of handling overloads. The assembly is a proven design which fits well in to demanding applications. The product's superior material quality offers reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions. It is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. The product is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit.

    Return And Exchange

    GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

    Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
