Product Overview
For new or emerging leaders. The Aspire program is an in person, immersive leadership development program. Designed for new healthcare leaders, the 4-day agenda includes key leadership topics and development opportunities. As prework, participants benefit from a leadership assessment. In person sessions, held over four days at the GE HealthCare Institute, combine personalized feedback and realistic workplace simulations with focused learning on leadership in a healthcare setting. This offering leverages realistic experiences and comprehensive insights for building foundations in relationship-building, navigating change, and driving results. Low Enrollment: • GE reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. • Classes with low enrollment 15 business days prior to the scheduled date will be cancelled. • When GE cancels a class, tuition will be refunded in full, or may be applied to the cost of another class scheduled to take place within 12 months of the original class.
