Product Overview
For new or emerging leaders, the Aspire program is an in-person, immersive leadership development experience. Designed for new healthcare leaders, the four-day agenda includes key leadership topics and targeted development opportunities. As prework, participants complete a leadership assessment to maximize learning impact. In-person sessions, held over four days at the GE HealthCare Institute, combine personalized feedback and realistic workplace simulations with focused learning on leadership in a healthcare setting. This offering leverages realistic experiences and comprehensive insights to build a strong foundation in relationship-building, navigating change, and driving results. Additional course dates are available upon request. Program delivery at your location may also be available upon request. Low Enrollment: • GE reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. • Classes with low enrollment 15 business days prior to the scheduled date will be cancelled. • When GE cancels a class, tuition will be refunded in full, or may be applied to the cost of another class scheduled to take place within 12 months of the original class.
