Product Overview
The Empower program is an in-person, immersive leadership development experience designed specifically for frontline healthcare leaders. This four-day program focuses on core leadership topics and structured development planning to support effective people management. Participants complete a leadership assessment as prework to inform individual development goals. The in-person sessions, held over four days at the GE HealthCare Institute, integrate personalized feedback, realistic workplace simulations, and applied learning in a healthcare leadership environment. This program strengthens manager effectiveness by providing practical tools and insights for evaluating performance and developing team capabilities. Additional course dates are available upon request. Program delivery at your location may also be available upon request. Low Enrollment: • GE reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. • Classes with low enrollment 15 business days prior to the scheduled date will be cancelled. • When GE cancels a class, tuition will be refunded in full, or may be applied to the cost of another class scheduled to take place within 12 months of the original class.
