Product Overview

The Sumitomo F-50H Water Cooled Compressor consists of cold head, compressor unit, compressor absorber, flex lines and power cables. It is designed for cooling capacity with helium gas pressure. The compressor should never be titled more than 30°. It is packed with helium gas, if the pressure gauge level is minimum then refill. The compressor unit and cold head is packed securely. It converts an electrical energy into heat, which is a low power energy consumption. The cold head is operated by compressor unit as it provides power and high pressure helium gas. It can be operated on different input power voltage. Through the helium gas supply connector, the helium gas is supplied to the cold head. To cool down the gas to ambient temperature, heat exchanger is added to helium gas compressor. As the compressor is filled with high pressure helium gas, avoid touching or hitting it with sharp objects which may lead to explosion. Do not bend the cold head cylinder. To control the gas inlet/outlet timing of the refrigeration cycle, the cold head is operated with the rotary valve. In the rear cover cold head drive motor, the cold head cable connector is set to the ground terminal. The protection circuit is provided for input power. Cooling water should be used with appropriate temperature, flow rate and water quality. The cryocooler requires a total of 30,000 operating hours. Turn off the drive switch and main power switch to shut down the compressor. It is being used in MR Signa Horizon LX 1.5T, 3T Signa Architect, MR Signa HDx Twinspeed 1.5T, MR Spinlab Polarizer, MR Optima MR450W GEM 1.5T, MR Discovery MR750 3.0Tand other applications.
