Product Overview

  • The Aretha logic/relay interface board comes as a part of the Aretha system cabinet. It is a Printed Wire Assembly (PWA) for the Power Distribution Unit (PDU) of the unit. The circuit board has a 40-pin DIP CANopen-505 chip and a 100-pin TQFP FPGA on it. The board communicates via the CAN bus to the Mars PC and via discrete Signals to the relays inside the PDU and also the UPS. It also controls the UPS via the relay IO module (Relay IO module is a card that gets plugged in at the back of the UPS). The interface board is essential to provide control Signals to transfer between the three different states (On, Off and Standby). The board also re-cycles power when the reset button is pressed. It controls room interface Signals like ON light, Room light and Room door interlock.
