Product Overview

  • The hose/swivel assembly comes as a part of the Anesthetic Gas Scavenging System (AGSS) module of Breathing Circuit Gas (BCG) in an Anesthesia delivery machine. The gases that are exhaled from the patient are transferred from the exhalation valve to the AGSS module and are scavenged such that the patient or any medical personnel do not breathe them. The swivel hose is provided to transfer the gases away from the patient. It comes into contact with gases that are of 200 psi pressures and are administered to the patient and despite this, it provides an efficient Performance by resisting corrosion and varying medical environments. The assembly consists of the hose surrounded by the wall, swivel sleeve collector, adapter barb and ferrules on the hose ends. The end to end resistance as measured at 500 V DC, is from 0 to 7000 Ohms per foot.
