Step 3: Repair and Validation

The probe is repaired and then moves on to validation and quality control, where the team reviews the diagnosis and repair work, confirms the probe has been repaired to OEM quality and returns it to you. Once you receive your repaired probe, you’ll return the loaner probe to us.

Probe repair length varies by probe type. However, we know that your patient cases don’t stop and are pleased to offer a loaner probe on most models for the duration of your repair

Once repaired, your probe will automatically be sent back to your shipping address on file.
