Product Overview

  • The Probe holder Soft Insert Standard are provided as a part of an Ultrasound Imaging System. Medical Ultrasound Images are created by computer and digital memory from the transmission and reception of mechanical high-frequency waves generated through a Probe/Transducer. The Ultrasound waves spread through the body, producing an echo where density changes occur. The echoes return to the Transducer where they are converted back into electrical Signals, thus affecting the quality of images formed. The Probe is held in a Probe holder when not in use. It is safely inserted in the holder, available at a position which is easy to reach, such that the Probe is readily accessible. It is designed for Probes of standard size. It provides a standard space for the Probe such that it can be inserted freely without any damage to its exteriors. It is made of the material Dryflex®, the thermoplastic, which has high tensile strength and surface finish. It is hard and is extremely efficient for use in medical environments.
