Product Overview
- The PET Annulus Phantom Container is compatible with the DQA Phantom (Item no. E8008PN)
- Container latch seals the phantom inside to ensure radiation gaps are eliminated
- Lid features a handle for easier opening
- Spring loaded covered hinge assists when lifting the lid
- Latch includes option to use a padlock to secure the phantom in the container
- Gusset holes allow the facility to secure the shield to the site with a chain or cable
- The container’s interior walls feature a soft plastic for easier insertion and removal of the phantom
- Shield features foam cushioning on the lid’s top and container’s bottom as required for mobile applications
- Lid may be secured in the closed position for mobile transportation using the integrated knob
- Mobile applications phantom shield does not have wheels so it can be bolted directly to the MMU (Mobile Medical Unit) floor
- Weight – approximately 300 lb/136 kg
WARNING: The PET Annulus Phantom Shield should not be taken into an MRI environment.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
