Product Overview

The incubator is an enclosed apparatus used for premature babies or neonates to provide warmth in a controlled and protective environment. It contains side panels (east and west) with portholes and south (front) and north (rear) walls with ventilator or porthole cut out. The walls and panels are mounted on the humidifier reservoir platform of the incubator. The southwest wall hinge is located on the side panel at the south west corner. It is fastened to the south wall by means of a hinge snap and a mask label. The bottom of the wall hinge is fastened to humidifier thus restraining the wall at its location. It is strong and has an appropriate rough surface with good heat resistance and hence is efficient to use in an incubator where temperature ranges frequently. It also provides good chemical resistance since it is structural foam molded.
