Product Overview

A generic electrical connector is an electromechanical device used to create removable connection in an electrical circuit. These connectors are used in genders where in male contact component is called as plug and female contact component is called as a socket. The contacts can be installed inside this housing using a tool for assembly and removal. This 3 Position, TE Connectivity® Mate-N-Lok® housing is made up of Polyamide (PA) material which offers excellent mechanical properties including high tensile strength, high flexibility, good resilience, low creep and high impact strength (toughness). The TE Connectivity® Mate-N-Lok® housing features positive polarization, positive locking, and rear cavity identification for easy, error resistant assembly. Contacts are enclosed in the housings and are removable for system flexibility. This connector housing can be used in various electrical/electrical assemblies of GE's Maternal-Infant Care systems.
