Product Overview

The LOGIQ E9 Software Patch Kit consists of a LOGIQ E9 system patch disk, DVD-R, LOGIQ E9 R2.x and R3.x system patch installation software, DVD sleeve and a label. Software patches are important cyber security tools, and it’s usually a piece of software program to fix security vulnerabilities. A software vulnerability is a security hole in a software program or operating system. Patching means applying available updates for operating systems and applications. These updates include both security and feature patches, and are meant to fix or improve the software. This bug fixing technique helps to improve the usability and performance of the system. During installation the system should be in power down mode, and then it should be restarted. The DVD-R professional Disk has a printed label on the top with the GE part number, revision with copyrights and proprietary information. LOGIQ E9 complies with the regulatory requirements of the European Directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical devices. It applies to the version R2.x/R3.x software for the LOGIQ E9 ultrasound systems.

    Return And Exchange

    GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

    Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
