Product Overview

The Top Cover Assembly for Optima has general thickness of 5 mm and radius of 0.2 mm. The top cover is made of a Valox material and Bayer EL 700 material is used as alternative. Valox has excellent chemical resistance and is a flame retardant. They also perform well at high temperatures. The assembled switch, pushbutton cover and light diffusor are fixed into the top cover. During the installation of the lockup nut, make sure that protrusion on pushbutton cover is fitted in to the switch hole notch in top cover before. Using an adhesive 100828, the threads of the diffuser should be glued when the power switch assembly is installed into the top cover. Cut the plastic off the connector terminal ends on the cable assembly. Then place a 20 mm length of shrink tube over each of the two wires. Solder the joints and switch terminals. When the cable has been installed to the hornet board and the inverter, attach ferrite 221904 to cable. Place two flat adhesive tie holders on the items before installing the cable. Use tie wraps to secure the ferrite to tie holders. The hexagon socket head cap screw is produced from stainless steel which is partially threaded and in zinc plated blue finish. The LCD provides secure and long term performance by providing a high brightness quality as it doesn’t contain mercury. The touch screen and overlay optima/brivo material adhesive is Loctite that has a maximum viscosity 1600 and minimum viscosity of 800. They have brass, steel and stainless steel as their substrates. Stainless steel has always an attractive appearance. It possess a higher corrosion resistance and higher cryogenic toughness.
