Product Overview

The Wear Strip is made from high grade steel and is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The wear strip is used in UL LOGIQ 7, XR AMX 4+, XM Senographe 500T/600TXM Senographe 800 T and many other products. The high dimensional stability of the wear strip ensures its perfect fit in the required assembly. The steel material used for the wear strip has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the component. The surface finish achieved from the manufacturing process along with polishing enhances the visual aspect of the strip. The wear strip possesses a high strength to weight ratio and is also tempered to enhance these properties. The tempering process involves heating steel to a high temperature and then cooling it in the air. The tempering process helps to improve toughness be lessening brittleness and reducing internal stresses.
