Product Overview

The Primary Calibration Aluminum Block is used to produce a precision length. It is made up of an aluminum material which offers corrosion resistance and a lightweight property for the calibration block. Calibration is made using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. Aluminum offers the best properties, such as its ability to retain its toughness even at very low temperature. The aluminum material helps to make the parts lightweight without compromising on the integral strength of the components. This calibration block provides precise dimensions and high accuracy in the calibration. These properties ensure a long life span for the calibration block. Good surface finish is maintained all over the entire calibration block. Anodizing is provided, which converts the entire metal surface into decorative, durable and corrosion resistant. Aluminum material is the well suited for the anodizing. It does not have any scratches, nicks and dents on the entire surface. It is free from burrs, sharp edges, oils, debris, contaminants and blemishes which ensures the safety aspect of the components. It is being used in the X-ray machines such as XR (BMD) Prodigy Advance Compact, XR (BMD) IDXA, XR (BMD) Prodigy.

    Return And Exchange

    GE Healthcare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE Healthcare and return the item to GE Healthcare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage. 

    Please note, cuffs, BP items and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE Healthcare’s sole discretion.
