The RIC5-9A-RS Realtime 4D Endocavity Probe-A is used in the ultrasound machines. It is an assembly that consists of the probe, a probe care card and a document for Certification of Compliance (CoC). There are parts like the EMI shield, heat shrink tube, LED, nose-piece and few other accessories are found in the probe assembly. This particular probe is wideband micro convex endo-cavitary volume real time 4D transducer, which is used in significantly for transrectal, obstetrics and gynecology applications. The ultrasound waves spread through the body, producing an echo where density changes occur. The echoes return to the transducer where they are converted back into electrical signals, thus resulting the quality of images. The probe generates mechanical high-frequency waves, transmits via digital memory to the computer, and forms as an image. It has the individual label with the product details, environment label for packaging and Quality Assurance (QA) seal. All these are arranged and kept in a carrying case with the shipment label. The RIC5-9W-RS Probe type is used in Voluson™ S10 expert, Voluson™ S8 and Voluson™ S10 and other medical diagnostic equipment

    Return And Exchange

    GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

    Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
