Product Overview

The Label Probe Jack Infant Warmer System English is a label that is intended for providing information about product mark, product logo, parameter mark, front panel identification, product identification and other mark identifications. It is used as an identification for the medical devices and other equipment as applicable. It can also be used to display the hazardous warnings and precautions of a device, material or a product, thus helping to prevent damage or danger to the user. The label comes as a part of the infant infrared warmer systems and it indicates the artwork of the jack skin temperature probe of the system. It provides excellent moisture resistance, stain resistance and has excellent thermal stability properties, which makes it well suited for many modern medical applications. It is affixed with an adhesive. The adhesive material has exceptional shear strength properties thereby providing excellent adhesion to the devices. It provides resistance to wear and tear and hence, provides a long life. It comes as a part of the Infant Warmer System IWS 4000 series and Panda™ Warmer.

    Return And Exchange

    GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

    Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
