The side panel door contains portholes used for routing a ventilator or an oscillator tube into the Incubator without disturbing the functionality and heat condition. There are the uprights installed in the unit, by means of mounting studs on the bracket. They are used to hold the control panel. They are attached to the enclosure manifold by means of the hood latch assembly. The latch receptacle is provided as a part of the hood latch assembly in the upright assembly. The hood latch receptacle is fastened to the upright by means of screws. It is made of a resin obtained by the combination of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), with glass reinforcement.
